They're at it again. Those enormous, faceless conglomerates are buying up all the Next Big Things. Okay, that's normal. I expect it to happen eventually, whenever anything reaches the mainstream public consciousness. But now they've gone too far. It's not enough that Hersey ruined Scharffen Berger and Dagoba. Now Kraft wants Green & Black's!
Where's a girl to get a decent bar of dark chocolate, without soy lecithin (non-GMO or not)?
Luckily, there's still Fair Trade. And other small, artisinal brands, which I won't name here, in the hope that they stay small, artisinal and good.
